Evaluation
Historically evaluation has been driven by a need to report measures like number of program participants reached or meals delivered to funders. We have all felt the pains of trying to submit a grant application and pulling together an evaluation plan. Too often our evaluation plans are an afterthought to our program or intervention, when in fact, if we develop the program and evaluation at the same in tandem, we end up with a much more effective program. Why? Because the evaluation plan helps you articulate the outcome that you want to see and then align that with the appropriate metrics, in other words, defining how you will know the program achieved the outcome. This is a much more deliberate approach to program design, and Terra Dati can help you on that journey!
Organizational Learning
As a nonprofit, you measure your organizational effectiveness by your ability to fulfill your mission. This differs from the business sector that can measure effectiveness by revenue.
